What to Expect at SpringyCamp
SpringyCamp is a user conference with a camp-like vibe designed to be fun and informative. We will have three days of SpringyCamp this year – one day dedicated to public libraries and two days for all libraries. Recordings of the presentations will be available after camp is over.
- Presentations: Overviews of projects that Springy libraries have done, presented by the librarians and staff that created them. Sneak peeks at what's coming soon for your Springy Tools!
- We do not offer training or instruction during these sessions, but attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
- Where do our presenters come from? All presenters are volunteers. We greatly appreciate their time and effort in putting together these presentations.
- Ask Questions: Interaction makes it fun! Ask questions during the Q&A portion of each presentation. For any questions that we don't get to during SpringyCamp, presenters will provide their contact info.
- Transcription: All sessions will have live AI transcription available via Zoom. Following SpringyCamp, sessions are re-transcribed for accuracy.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for trolling and rude behavior/comments.

Yes! SpringyCamp is a completely free online event designed specifically for our users.
Nope! While we strongly encourage you to stay for the whole afternoon, we understand that not everyone’s schedule allows for that. You can drop in and out of SpringyCamp depending on specific sessions you want to attend.
Please note that while we’ll do our best to adhere to the schedule, we can’t guarantee that we will start each presentation exactly on time so please be mindful to join SpringyCamp a few minutes before the posted start time.
We know life is busy, and with different time zones, it’s not always possible to join us in real time. If you can’t make it to the live sessions, no worries! You can still register to be notified when the recordings are available, so you won’t miss a thing.
This year at SpringyCamp, your attendance makes an impact! For every person who attends live, Springshare will donate $1 to the Sustainable Libraries Initiative – supporting libraries working toward a more sustainable future.
Attendance is counted by unique Zoom attendee links. If a group is watching together on one device, that counts as one attendee. Each individual will be counted only once across all days of SpringyCamp – so whether you attend one session or all of them, your presence equals $1 donated.
That means the more friends and colleagues you encourage to register and join on their own, the bigger the total donation will be!
About the Sustainable Libraries Initiative
The Sustainable Libraries Initiative (SLI) gives libraries a path to build communities that will thrive in the coming years. SLI enables libraries to become more environmentally sound, socially equitable, and economically feasible.
All live attendees will get a SpringyCamp Care Packet in the mail, with a fun souvenir to remember this year's adventure!
When you register for SpringyCamp, you'll be asked to provide your mailing address. In order to receive your SpringyCamp Care Packet, you must attend SpringyCamp live through your unique Zoom attendee link. SpringyCamp Care Packets will be mailed out a few weeks after each SpringyCamp session. As much as we'd love to send Care Packets to every corner of the earth (we're looking at you, Antarctica!), we're only able to ship within the United States.
Plus, Springy customers with LibApps accounts will be awarded an official SpringyCamp 2026 Attendee badge in the Springshare Lounge.
